ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Finance Manager in Burundi. Working under the guidance and direction of the Finance and Administration Director for the RISE project in Burundi, the Finance Manager will ensure compliance to administrative and financial procedures, ensure sound management of donor funds, track expenditures and supervise the finance and administrative team in support of the implementation of the HIV care and treatment program in Kirundo, Ngozi, Kayanza, Muyinga, Gitega, Karusi, Ruyigi and Cankuzo while based at Bujumbura.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Finance Manager position by the end of May 2023. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Financial Management  and with a Minimum 5-year experience in similar post within an NGO or international organization.


The incumbent ensures that Finance Manager initiatives are aligned with ICAP in Burundi’s mission and is in compliance with administrative and financial procedures.
